Bharte Kadam Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”, “our”) may ship physical items such as merchandise, event kits, donor acknowledgments, certificates, or campaign-related materials. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our practices related to the dispatch and delivery of such items.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all physical products, materials, or kits ordered, purchased, or received through:

  • Donations
  • Fundraising campaigns
  • Events or workshops
  • Merchandise purchased from the Foundation
  • Any other programme requiring shipment

2. Order Processing Time

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
