Shade Installation Project for Underprivileged Children

Current Challenge :-

At present, our children are sitting in an open space without a roof. Every day, they face scorching heat in the summer, which makes it nearly impossible to concentrate. During the monsoon, they sit with fear as the rain pours down, and often the classes are interrupted or canceled.

Many of these children walk long distances to come to our NGO with the hope of learning something new, yet when they arrive, they are met with discomfort, sweat, or rain soaked notebooks. This not only affects their education but also their morale. Some children have even said, “Didi, it’s too hot to sit here, but we want to study.” Their spirit to learn is strong, but the environment is failing them.

Our Need

To overcome this challenge, we are raising funds to install protective shades on the roof. These shades will transform the space completely:

✅ Protect kids from extreme weather (sunlight & rain): No child will have to stop learning just because the sun is too harsh or the rain is too heavy. The shades will ensure uninterrupted education.

✅ Create a safe and comfortable space for learning and activities: Children will finally have a space where they can sit comfortably, focus on their books, participate in group activities, and feel cared for.

✅ Encourage regular attendance and better participation: When children know they have a safe, shaded place to study, they will be more eager to come regularly. It will bring back smiles and energy to their learning experience.
